Savannah is a place that my heart will not forget

It is there I’ve seen some sadness and some very deep regret
But today it is a place where I can breathe

Afflicted by neuroses I was starving for a truth
And this is what my heart has finally found
At the end of desperation, there was such a sweet renewal
And freedom was the one and only sound

Savannah represents the very heart of my release
The very place where life began again
And I never will forget the day when I finally found my peace
